Works completed:
Excavate and expose existing DN2100Ø MSCL Recycled Water Outfall Pipeline in unstable greasy back clay. Secure 3m excavation with shields, shoring and continuous dewatering
Removal of bitumous asbestos from existing 2100 diameter pipe
Management of asbestos works on existing pipe preparation works
Hot tapping works for DN660Ø MSCL off take
Construction of concrete structural pipe support
Construction of above ground MSCL pipeline including all civil and mechanical works for connection to the Logis Estate recycled water pipeline
Installation of sacrificial anodes and cathodic protection as per Melbourne Water standards
All coatings replaced as per Melbourne Water standards and spark tested
